We use Quickbooks as accounting software as an online service; it is only used to store information for the purposes of invoicing – Quickbooks is governed by the same personal data protection rules. If you do wish for your data, name, address, email & phone number to be stored in this way, contact me. Only in the event of needing to submit any manufacturer warranty information or passing on your details to a supplier of any products you have been provided for and only after agreement with yourself/yourselves. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfill the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfill this service, they will dispose of the details.
